What You Will Do

• Perform daily operational tasks such as picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control, ensuring high standards of quality, productivity, and customer service for BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce retail centers.
• Maintain compliance with BMW core values, policies, and work rules.
• Operate powered industrial equipment and process shipments of federally regulated Dangerous Goods, obtaining necessary certifications.
• Meet performance standards in quality and productivity within your area.
• Follow BMW Value Added Production System (VPS) guidelines and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

What You Need to Bring

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain Dangerous Goods Certifications (preferred).
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems like SAP and BMW WM.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., drive, kneel, reach, stand, climb, push, and work in varied temperatures and noise levels.
• Full-time availability, typically from 3:30PM to 12:00AM, at a unionized facility.
