Job description

Responsible for strategic planning and creation of new and innovative programs that meet the needs of the community. This Regional Director of Child Develop Centers and Adult Care Services supervises and coaches Program Directors and staff who directly implement programming. This position is responsible for integrating YMCA of USA youth development best practices in programs while serving on relevant Association committees to enhance leadership skills and youth development programs.

• Minimum age of 21.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
• Hold or be able to obtain Child Care licensing director level requirements.
• Minimum of five years of experience in management and supervision, with highly developed organizational skills and proven success in staff and program development.
• Strong fiscal management experience.
• Strong public relations skills with excellent written and oral presentation skills.
• Valid PA Driver’s License.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with other leaders in the organization.
• Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to have initiative, good judgment and ability to make decisions independently.
