The Role You’ll Contribute

This role oversees the development of strategic market/network penetration and saturation plans to ensure the future viability of AdventHealth for Women and/or Children. It involves ensuring appropriate placement and deployment of products/services and network assets through collaborative planning across all campuses and service lines, coordinated at a Senior Vice President/CEO level. The role also involves maintaining relationships and providing outstanding customer service.

Essential Functions

Network Strategy Development

  • Identify and quantify market opportunities, threats, and trends to position the organization for the future by analyzing key market demands and trends.
  • Design and maintain organizational structure and staffing to meet goals; recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, perform cost and productivity analyses.
  • Create recruitment, physician placement, and growth strategies aligned with market priorities to increase volume and market share.
  • Collaborate with market leaders on network strategies to support strategic priorities and growth.
  • Lead regional clinic strategies with physician enterprises to advance opportunities in a competitive market.
  • Oversee strategy, multi-year planning, product development, and implementation of priorities, including budgeting and financial initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or health-related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5 years of leadership experience.
  • 10 years of industry experience.
