You’ll be responsible for building and mentoring a team of Enterprise Account Executives, developing customer acquisition strategies, and driving revenue growth through outbound and account-based motions. This role requires a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technical value to engineering stakeholders and business value to executive leaders. Accountabilities:

  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives across the Western U.S. and APAC.
  • Drive new business growth through outbound strategies, account-based marketing, and customer expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Engineering to enhance go-to-market execution.
  • Oversee accurate forecasting and pipeline management using structured sales processes and methodologies.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Support strategic deal execution by providing situational coaching and removing roadblocks.
  • Maintain a data-driven approach to track performance, improve efficiency, and scale impact.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, including 3+ years as a first-line sales leader.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, geographically distributed sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or technical platforms sold to engineering audiences.
  • Strong track record of success with outbound sales, account-based marketing, and new logo acquisition.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies.
  • High integrity, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment, preferably based in the Pacific Time Zone.
  • Competitive base salary ($190,000–$220,000) with OTE up to $440,000
  • Equity ownership in a high-growth company
  • Fully remote work with flexible scheduling
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (100% covered for employees in the U.S.)
  • Unlimited PTO with a minimum 3-week usage policy + 13 U.S. holidays
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • 20 weeks paid parental leave (primary caregivers), 16 weeks (secondary caregivers)
  • Annual learning & development budget
  • Monthly wellness stipend and quarterly happiness fund
  • “Work from anywhere” annual stipend
