Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years in political campaigns or grassroots organizing.
• Strong communications and public speaking skills.
• Broad regional network in the Southeast.
• Track record of local/state fundraising.
• Experience planning meetings and events.
• Ability to lead and collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic engagement and outreach across the Southeast region.
• Organize and mobilize local support for NCJW campaigns.
• Develop Local Leadership Councils and local action plans.
• Coordinate with national staff on policy and advocacy campaigns.
• Lead programming, training, and events for volunteers.
• Expand fundraising at the local and regional level.
