Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living is recruiting a Regional Director of Operations to provide strategic leadership for multiple senior living communities. You will guide Executive Directors, optimize finances, and uphold service excellence.

This role involves frequent travel across communities, an auto and phone allowance, and collaboration with the Divisional Director of Operations to advance resident experience and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or 9+ years of operational leadership experience.
• State licensure or certification as required.
• Minimum five years in senior housing operations with leadership experience.
• Experience supervising Executive Directors across multiple communities.
• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and independent living regulations across states.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Directors in developing management teams through hiring, training, and coaching.
• Support occupancy goals by ensuring communities are tour-ready and following up after tours.
• Oversee satisfaction surveys and strive for high resident and family satisfaction.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Review monthly budget variance and communicate findings to the Divisional Director.
