Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably within restoration, construction, insurance services, or related industries.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
• Experience leading geographically disbursed teams.
• Advanced understanding of insurance-driven restoration workflows and client expectations.
• Advanced analytical skills in interpreting financial results, including key drivers of the business and variances to expectations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry-specific work experience.
