First Onsite is seeking a Project Director to lead restoration projects from scope through completion. You will manage crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and partner with Operations to keep projects moving while maintaining budgets and schedules.

Using tools like Xactimate, you’ll develop accurate scopes and estimates, review plans, and ensure quality outcomes. Salesforce is used for documentation and client deliverables; a strong service mindset and 3+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in construction/restoration.
• Knowledge of construction documents and large loss projects.
• 3+ years industry experience.
• Disaster restoration experience, preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

A Day in the Life of a Project Director

As a Project Director at First Onsite, you play a pivotal role in bringing restoration projects to life-from initial scope to successful completion. Using industry-leading tools like Xactimate, you'll develop accurate scopes of work, detailed estimates, and preliminary budgets that create the foundation for project success. Partnering closely with Operations, you'll analyze field measurements, plans, photos, and material requirements, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of construction and restoration costs to drive exceptional outcomes.

This role is ideal for a relationship-builder with a proactive, service-first mindset. You'll collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently, resolve challenges before they become roadblocks, and ensure financial performance stays on track.
