Greenfield Rehab is seeking a Director of Outpatient Services to lead our Green Bay clinic and oversee five additional Wisconsin centers, ensuring exceptional patient care and efficient operations. You will balance hands-on clinical leadership with strategic oversight of billing, KPIs, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in outpatient or skilled nursing settings.
• Strong strategic planning and performance-improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Knowledge of billing processes and revenue cycle improvements.
• License or credentialing requirements for Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve clinical and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and care standards.
• Oversee revenue cycle coordination with the billing team.
• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple centers within the region.
• Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented work culture across centers.
• Monitor KPIs related to patient care, productivity, and financial performance.
