Palms Nursing Center in Chowchilla, CA seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee all day-to-day operations of Rehabilitation Services across the region. You will lead Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy programs to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care in SNF settings.

Responsibilities include mentoring directors, ensuring adequate therapy coverage, and aligning service delivery with strategic goals.

Qualificações

• Must be graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy with a B.S. or B.A. degree.
• Must be currently licensed in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy.
• SNF leadership experience or readiness to lead.

Responsabilidades

• Assumes ultimate responsibility for rehabilitation service operations within assigned region.
• Oversees service and operational excellence to deliver quality services and outcomes.
• Mentors and trains new Directors of Rehab to ensure consistency of quality rehab services.
• Ensures adequate coverage of therapy services across all facilities in the region.
• Plans, organizes and directs operational activities; implements system-wide strategic initiatives.
• Aligns rehabilitation services with organizational strategic plans.
• Reviews quality and effectiveness of therapy programs using predetermined criteria.
• Provides management oversight for high quality, cost-effective clinical programs.
• Oversees all aspects of service line programs including patient satisfaction and performance improvement.
• Fosters collaboration between facility departments and affiliates for integrated service delivery.
• Develops strategic plans to forecast revenues, expenses, and capital needs for service lines.
• Manages annual budgets and conducts cost/productivity analyses.
• Develops new business strategies to enhance market share and performance.
• Markets service lines to physicians and the community to grow volumes and market share.
• Leads with senior staff to reduce costs, increase revenues, and meet quality goals.
