Peoplepack LLC - Recruiting Solutions seeks a Regional Director of Operations to oversee veterinary hospitals in the greater San Diego area. You will lead multi-site operations, coach Practice Managers, partner with doctors, and drive financial and operational performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in multi-site settings.
• Experience in veterinary medicine or a similar healthcare/service environment is highly desirable.
• Strong collaboration with doctors and hospital leadership teams.

We’re recruiting for an experiencedRegional Director of Operationsto oversee and help grow a group of veterinary hospitals throughout the greater San Diego area. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves the business and people side of veterinary medicine and wants a role with real autonomy and influence. You’ll partner closely with hospital leaders and doctors while also helping bring new, state-of-the-art veterinary practices to life in the San Diego market.

About the Position:

We’re looking for a strong multi-site operator and people leader, ideally with experience in veterinary medicine or a similar healthcare/service environment. You should be comfortable balancing people, operations and financial performance while building strong relationships with doctors and hospital teams. 5+ years of leadership experience preferred. Multi-site veterinary experience is highly desirable.
