Position Title: Regional Director of Operations Los Angeles, CA and Hawaii

Salary: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00
Other Forms of Compensation: Performance Bonus up to 35%

As the Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the overall operation, growth, and profitability of the region. You will provide the vision and strategic leadership to drive resident and client satisfaction through the delivery of best-in-class dining and hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts in and around Los Angeles, CA and Hawaii with 75% travel.
  • Ensure high-quality services, financial success, and client satisfaction within the region while providing strong leadership.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to ensure community objectives are being met.
  • Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining product and service quality standards.
  • Provide the vision, strategy, and tools to all team members to successfully execute their community dining program.
  • Develop and motivate an effective management and clinical staff to achieve Regional and Corporate goals.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience in Senior Living dining operations and/or contract food service in Hawaii.
  • Experience in multi-unit management in contract food services.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Care related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in multi-unit foodservice management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
