PRM is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day clinic operations across 7+ sites in the West Palm Beach region. This role reports to the VP of Operations and drives clinical efficiency, patient experience, and regional financial performance.

You will partner with providers, finance, and marketing to align clinical care with operations, while supporting cross-region consistency and growth initiatives across PRM clinics nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of healthcare operations, practice management, or multi-site leadership experience.
• Travel via airplane or car to clinic sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations across assigned markets, ensuring SOPs and standards are followed.
• Manage weekly schedules and provider support for adequate coverage and clinic flow.
• Oversee clinical supplies and vendor relationships, including par-level tracking.
• Coordinate with finance, intake, treatment planning, and marketing.
• Support new clinic launches including setup, onboarding, and workflows.
• Collect and analyze data for reporting, compliance, and patient outcomes.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and internal policies are followed.
• Own regional P&L performance and budget adherence across clinics.
• Escalate complex patient, staffing, or operational issues at director level.
• Negotiate and manage vendor and facility service contracts.

Job Title: Regional Director of Operations

Location: Must reside in the West Palm Beach / South Florida area; role is based out of PRM's West Palm Beach, FL headquarters. Travel to clinic locations required (approximately 30-50%)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations across 7+ locations in an assigned region, with opportunity to expand as PRM grows. This role reports directly to the VP of Operations and is accountable for Medical Assistant performance, operational consistency, clinic readiness, regional financial performance, and ensuring a best-in-class patient experience. The Regional Director serves as a cross-functional leader working closely with providers, financial departments and RCM, and marketing to ensure alignment between clinical care delivery and operational support, while partnering with their counterpart Regional Director in the other region to maintain consistency and alignment across all PRM clinics nationwide.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations across assigned markets, ensuring adherence to SOPs and PRM standards
• Manage weekly schedules and provider support to ensure adequate coverage and smooth clinic flow
• Oversee clinical supplies and vendor relationships, including ordering and par level tracking
• Ensure clinics are coordinated with other departments - finance, intake, treatment planning, and marketing
• Support new clinic launches, including setup, onboarding, and workflow implementation
• Collect and analyze data for internal reporting, compliance, and patient outcomes
• Enforce compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal clinical policies
• Own regional P&L performance, including labor cost management, cost-per-visit, and budget adherence across all assigned clinics
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex patient, staffing, or operational issues requiring director-level intervention
• Negotiate and manage vendor and facility service contracts within the assigned region

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

This role has direct supervisory responsibility for Medical Assistants and clinic-level staff across assigned markets, including recruiting, training, performance management, and accountability for retention, quality, and regional financial performance.

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, and manage Medical Assistants, Medical Receptionists, and Surgical Coordinators with a focus on accountability, quality, and retention
• Conduct regular site visits to audit operations, coach teams, and implement process improvements
• Create and maintain digital operations training resources (via Teams and Paylocity)
• Build and maintain a leadership development and succession pipeline for clinic-level staff across the region

Program & Culture Standards

• Launch PRM's standardized clinic culture program and monitor adoption
• Oversee the adoption of standardized clinic experience elements, such as front desk scripting, sensory environment, and staff engagement

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as a cross-functional leader working closely with providers, financial departments and RCM, and marketing to ensure alignment between clinical care delivery and operational support
• Work closely with the counterpart Regional Director in the other region to ensure consistency and alignment across all clinics nationwide
• Partner with the Project Manager - Growth & Facilities on new site selection, buildout timelines, and de novo clinic readiness within the region
• Represent regional operations performance and initiatives in executive leadership and strategic planning meetings

Employees who consistently work a schedule of 30 or more hours per week typically are considered Full Time Status and are eligible for the Full Time Health Benefits package available to Employees at that time. Employees who work 29 hours to 20 hours are eligible for Part Time Health Benefit packages.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree

• Travel via airplane or car as appropriate to clinic sites

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in fast-growth, private equity-backed operations
• Experience in multi-site clinical operations or startup healthcare environments
• Familiarity with EMRs, ticketing systems, inventory processes, and compliance auditing

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Proven success in staff development, process improvement, and patient experience initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High emotional intelligence, team leadership, and cross-departmental coordination skills
• Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical abilities
• Strong capability with Microsoft Office and other professional software systems and navigation

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role is based on-site at PRM's West Palm Beach, FL corporate headquarters and requires regular travel (approximately 30-50%) to clinic locations within the assigned region, along with prolonged periods of computer and phone use to manage reporting, training resources, and cross-functional coordination.

This role has direct supervisory responsibility for Medical Assistants, Medical Receptionists, Surgical Coordinators, and other clinic-level staff across assigned markets, including recruiting, training, performance management, and accountability for retention, quality, and regional financial performance.
