Agemark Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee performance across multiple Central Valley communities. You will drive strategic leadership, financial oversight, occupancy and compliance, and staff development to ensure exceptional resident care and operational excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in senior housing management, RCFE certification, and ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Health, Geriatrics or related field.
• RCFE certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years in a management role within senior housing.
• Experience leading multi-tiered teams and multiple property operations.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations, including OSHA and fire codes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and reporting tools.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and up to 75% travel.
