Position: Regional Director of Nursing

Location: Edison, New Jersey

Type: Full-time Exempt

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Regional Director of Nursing to join our team, overseeing clinical operations across various communities in New Jersey. This leadership role requires a candidate who is not only passionate about delivering high standards of care but who also possesses the skills to ensure compliance and support the development of nursing staff. Candidates should be located in or near the Edison area and able to travel to our NJ communities (Somerset, Livingston, Morristown, and Cherry Hill) as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight and support across multiple nursing sites within the region.
• Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice.
• Collaborate with community leadership to ensure high-quality care and optimal outcomes for residents.
• Facilitate training and development programs for nursing staff, instilling best practices in resident care.
• Assist in the evaluation and improvement of nursing policies and procedures.
• Act as a resource for nursing staff, addressing clinical concerns and challenges.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations in conjunction with quality care initiatives.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current nursing license (LPN or RN) in the state of New Jersey.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Director of Resident Care (ADRC) preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and development.
• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and auditing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to various nursing facilities within the NJ area.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:
