Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a seasoned Regional Director of Health Services to lead clinical operations across a newly acquired region of six communities located in Farmington, NM; Clovis, NM; Fernley, NV; Mesquite, NV; Yuma, AZ; and Butte, MT. This high-impact role focuses on travel, relationship building, and bringing consistent clinical excellence to joining communities.

• Must have proven experience as a Regional Director of Health Services or similar multi-site clinical leadership in senior living.
• Active RN license with multistate (compact) licensure.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the region; residence within one hour of a major airport.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Residence in New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, or Montana strongly preferred.
