Job summary

Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a seasoned Regional Director of Health Services to lead clinical operations across a newly acquired region spanning six communities: Farmington, NM; Clovis, NM; Fernley, NV; Mesquite, NV; Yuma, AZ; and Butte, MT. This high-impact role rewards travel, relationship building, and driving consistency in clinical excellence.

The role partners with Executive Directors and community teams to ensure regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and robust staff development

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Regional Director of Health Services or similar multi-site clinical leadership role in senior living.
• Active RN license with multistate (compact) licensure.
• Ability to travel extensively across the region, with residence within one hour of a major airport.
• A reliable personal vehicle.
• Residence in New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, or Montana strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations across six communities in the region.
• Travel regularly across the assigned region to support sites.
• Partner with Executive Directors and community clinical teams to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality outcomes.
• Support clinical systems implementation and staff development across communities.
