• 20+ years of prior Engineering Project Management.
• PE License.
• Bachelor's or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• LEED Certification.
• Extensive Electrical knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide assistance Associates and Project Managers for current and upcoming projects
• Identify and hire the best Engineers, Project Managers, and Designers for future new hires
• Monitor office budget, marketing, and profitability
• Review employee utilization and productivity
