Hot 8 Yoga is seeking a Regional Director to drive the NYC territory across three studios. You will lead Studio Managers, steer revenue and memberships, and ensure the Hot 8 Yoga experience is delivered consistently.

This hands-on leadership role requires coaching, hiring, and building a strong team across locations. The role emphasizes people development, operational excellence, and a data-driven approach to meet studio goals, with regular travel between NYC studios and a seven-day weekly

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-location teams and driving revenue.
• Ability to recruit, hire, coach, and develop staff across locations.
• Strong ability to analyze business data and translate into action plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall sales and business performance of the NYC territory.
• Drive membership sales, revenue growth, retention, and studio goals.
• Review performance metrics and develop action plans when needed.
• Build a strong sales culture and ensure teams meet sales expectations.
• Identify opportunities to grow the NYC market and improve client experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop Studio Managers across NYC locations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor management.
• Ensure policies and standards are followed and studios remain clean and safe.
