Hot 8 Yoga in New York City seeks a Regional Director to lead the NYC territory across three studios. You will drive sales, memberships, and overall performance while coaching Studio Managers and aligning operations with our brand.

This hands-on, data-driven role requires coordinating hiring, training, scheduling, and operational excellence to deliver the Hot 8 Yoga experience at every location and fuel sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit or regional leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations and managing managers.
• Strong sales background with measurable revenue growth.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, coaching, and managing performance.
• Solid understanding of labor, staffing, scheduling, and ops management.
• Hands-on leadership style with presence in studios.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or multi-location service business preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly between NYC studios and flexibility for evenings/weekends.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall sales and business performance of the NYC territory.
• Drive membership sales, revenue growth, retention, and studio goals.
• Review studio performance and build action plans when results lag.
• Develop a strong sales culture across all studios.
• Lead, coach, and develop Studio Managers across NYC locations.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain studio leadership with HR.
• Oversee scheduling, labor management, and service standards across studios.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and client experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges quickly.
