Job summary

Community Options, Inc. seeks a Regional Director to oversee operations across Allegheny, Butler, Indiana, Westmoreland and Washington Counties in Pennsylvania. The role supervises Executive Directors and drives person-centered services with a focus on building strong teams.

Starting salary up to $130,000. The position emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, budget oversight, and external partnership development with government officials and stakeholders in the ID field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant ID field experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and government officials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across Allegheny, Butler, Indiana, Westmoreland, and Washington Counties and supervise Executive Directors.
• Develop and maintain COBAC and foster community relationships.
• Ensure compliance with state and corporate regulations.
• Lead development of residential homes, community participation, and other services.
• Represent COI in local speaking engagements for recruitment and public relations.
