Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director in Lewistown, PA to provide operational oversight of programs within an assigned region and lead program leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery.

This role partners with Directors, HR, QA, and Finance to advance clinical and financial performance. A Bachelor's in a Human Services field is required along with 6+ years in the field and 3+ years in a management role; travel to multiple sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field.
• Six (6) years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, addictive disorders, or other life challenges.
• Three (3) years of management or Program Director experience within a human services environment.
• Excellent communication, writing, organizational, and time management skills.
• Current and valid driver's license with the ability to travel to program locations and corporate offices as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required criminal record clearances.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight, supervision, and leadership for programs and services within an assigned region to ensure high-quality service delivery and positive outcomes.
• Partner with Program Directors, Clinical Directors, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, and Financial Leadership to support compliance, workforce development, clinical excellence, and financial performance.
• Lead strategic initiatives, organizational change efforts, staff development activities, and recruitment and retention strategies while promoting the organization's mission and values.
• Monitor program quality, regulatory compliance, licensing requirements, audits, corrective action plans, and continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Build relationships with funders, referral sources, government agencies, and community partners while supporting business development, program expansion, and new service implementation.
