Compass Group USA, via its CCL Hospitality Group, seeks a Regional Director of Operations for the Southeast (Florida) to oversee overall operation, growth, and profitability of the region. The role requires strong financial acumen, strategic leadership, and the ability to travel to regional communities for ongoing training and support.

You will lead resident-focused dining experiences, collaborate with executives and kitchen teams, and drive service quality across multiple sites while mentoring

Formación

• Minimum of two years’ multi-unit management in food services.
• Ability to manage six or more manager-level team members.
• Strong track record of driving customer satisfaction.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, unstructured, and P&L environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/health care or related field.

Responsabilidades
