SJLI is seeking a Higher Pathways Regional Manager in Inglewood, CA to lead strategy, staff performance, and regional systems for Postsecondary Success and Career Development. You will supervise counselors and align programs with Educational Equity goals.

You will build partnerships, guide regional workflows, and drive improvements to ensure a cohesive, whole-scholar experience across markets, with accountability for outcomes such as placement, persistence, and mobility.
