Job summary

Evergreen Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Regional Director of Health & Wellness in Florida to provide clinical leadership across multiple communities, promoting resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, and strong clinical outcomes.

You will partner with community leadership to implement best practices, strengthen quality systems, support QAPI initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across health and wellness operations.

Qualifications

• Residency in FL required.
• Active registered nurse license in FL.
• Five to seven years nursing experience with at least five years in assisted living/memory care or skilled post-acute setting; administrative director of nursing services and consultant experience preferred.
• Travel up to 90% is required.

Requirements

Residency in the state of FL required

Clearinghouse Screening: This position requires additional screening through FL Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse--link to site https://info.flclearinghouse.com/

License: Active registered nurse license in the state of FL

Skills: Demonstrates expert level of knowledge of company systems, standardized products, forms, and state regulations.

Years of Experience: Five to seven years nursing experience with at least five years in assisted living/memory care or skilled post-acute setting with previous administrative director of nursing services and consultant experience required.

Travel: Up to 90% required
