Enbridge is seeking a seasoned Director, Distribution Operations to lead regional gas distribution, emergency response, pipeline maintenance programs, and key customer growth and asset replacement projects across Ohio (Lima, New Philadelphia, Wooster, and Marietta).

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in gas distribution or utility operations.
• Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams, including unionized environments.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with operating and capital budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional gas distribution operations, ensuring safe, compliant delivery of natural gas services.
• Provide strategic leadership for maintenance programs, emergency response, asset reliability, and performance improvement.
• Optimize workforce planning, resources, and capital investments for efficiency and results.
• Build partnerships with internal teams, regulators, contractors, and community stakeholders.
