The ideal candidate has leadership experience in human services, strong communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Willingness to travel within the region and support ongoing staff training is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in DODD-regulated programs or developmental disabilities services.
• Proven leadership or management experience in human services or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of Ohio DODD rules, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region regularly.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliance with DODD regulations and standards across the region.
• Supervise, mentor, and support direct support professionals and regional staff.
• Conduct site visits and audits to monitor service delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with care teams, families, and stakeholders to develop and implement plans.
• Manage regional operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Lead training to keep staff current on DODD policies and best practices.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
