Meta is hiring two Regional Managers to lead Community Engagement teams across data center markets in the United States. The role drives community strategy, advocates internally for community interests, and partners with site selection, operations, policy, communications and public affairs.

Candidates should have 10+ years in public affairs or related fields, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with stakeholder engagement and policy processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in public affairs, nonprofit management, government relations, or public-facing engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in public relations, communication, external affairs, business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with nonprofit grants, donations, CSR planning, and handling confidential information.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local/state policy and legislative processes, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Community Engagement Managers across regional data center markets.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with site selection, operations, policy, communications, and public affairs.
• Develop strategies to raise the company profile in assigned data center communities.
• Build external relationships with stakeholders and elected officials.
• Monitor community needs and report risks to leadership; embed engagement in broader strategies.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 75% as required.
