Job summary

Tekton Research seeks an experienced Area Director of Clinical Operations for Oklahoma & Kansas, stationed onsite in Yukon, OK. You will lead cross-site clinical operations, ensure study startup, enrollment, and performance targets, and drive strategic initiatives with executive leadership.

The role requires 7–10 years in clinical research with 5 years supervising multi-site operations. Travel to sites is expected; relocation to OKC area may be required. Reports to VP of Operations.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical research operations.
• Strong project management methodologies and leadership capabilities.
• Experience overseeing multi-site studies and resource planning.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational project management for assigned studies across the area.
• Develop and maintain study timelines, milestones and risk registers.
• Coordinate site operations, regulatory, QA, investigators, and sponsor/CRO activities.
• Monitor performance, optimize enrollment, and manage area-level resources.
• Provide executive reporting on area metrics, risks, and opportunities.
