AdviniaCare is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Operations in Massachusetts to lead our clinical operations across multiple facilities in Burlington and surrounding areas. You will oversee clinical teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive outcomes for residents and patients.

You will collaborate with facility leaders, manage budgets and staffing, and lead quality improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical operations leadership (skilled nursing).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel extensively.

• Lead and manage a team of clinical leaders and staff across multiple facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care.
• Develop and implement clinical operations strategies to improve quality and reduce readmissions.
