Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and 5+ years of management experience in healthcare.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead interdisciplinary committees.

Responsibilities

• Oversees department supervisors to coordinate daily operations within Heart & Vascular Program Cardiovascular Imaging.
• Ensures staff coverage and equitable scheduling across locations.
• Collaborates with other departments to deliver timely, coordinated care.
• Leads collaboration with physicians to optimize department functioning across campuses.
• Develops annual capital and operating budgets aligned with Baystate Health strategies.
• Provides leadership and strategic planning for Cardiovascular Imaging & Diagnostics.
• Supports regional service line with data-driven improvement initiatives.
