The following challenges await you:

Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Recruit,develop,and retain successful 1099 distributors for a specified region
  • Train 1099 distributors while continuously refining and developing training content to maximize achievement of revenue goals
  • Evaluate 1099 effectiveness and engagement through consistent communication and reporting.
  • Generate contractual opportunities with key stakeholders at designated IDNs
  • Provide support on business deals, ensuring alignment withETS’s focused strategy,goalsand profitability

Partnership and Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, andKey Opinion Leaders at designated IDNs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies

Market Analysis and Strategy Development

  • Conductfocusedmarket research to identify new business opportunities/geographiesand emerging trends in theskin substituteindustryfor the purpose of hiring new 1099 distributors
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share and achieve revenue targets
  • Analyze competitor offerings and market conditions to inform strategic decisions

Product Knowledge and Promotion

  • Develop a deep understanding of ETS' wound care products and theirvalue proposition
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate and engage IDN stakeholders and 1099 partners
  • Provide feedback to senior leadership based on customer insights and market needs
  • Use only approved corportate literature, scientific data and presentations when interacting with customers and potential customers.
  • Immediately forward customer feedback that may indicate a problem with any ETS product to Quality.
  • Perform activities according to applicable company QMS procedures.

Reporting and Forecasting

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement for 1099 partners and IDN targets

Your Profile:

  • BS/BA in related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in medical device sales with 1-3 years of progressive responsible positions
  • Preferred experience in the wound care and/or skin substitute areas of the healthcare industry
  • 5+ years in sales leadership roles
