Salary: $105,000–$120,000 annually

Mail Management Services is seeking an experienced Regional Director – Transportation Operations to oversee and support multiple transportation operations across Texas, Tennessee, and North Carolina.
This is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for ensuring assigned locations operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and postal contract requirements. The Regional Director will work closely with Site Managers and senior leadership to support staffing, safety, operational performance, employee management, and continued company growth.
Location Requirement: Driver must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of San Antonio, TX or Cudahy, WI, and be able to reliably report as scheduled.
Locations Currently Under Oversight
Frequent travel to assigned locations is required. Additional travel may be necessary to assist with new location startups and other operational needs.
