Job summary

Allaire Health Services is seeking a Regional Dietitian to oversee nutrition programs across multiple facilities within the region. The role includes ensuring regulatory compliance and providing leadership to dietary staff.

The ideal candidate will travel regularly to sites to provide oversight, training, and support, bringing strong communication, organizational, and clinical nutrition expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
• Current PA licensure
• 5+ years of clinical nutrition experience with 2+ years in leadership/multi-site roles
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support nutrition and dietary services across assigned facilities
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (CMS and Department of Health)
• Conduct regular audits of food service operations and clinical nutrition practices
• Collaborate with facility administrators, food service managers, and clinical teams to maintain high standards of care
• Train and mentor facility-level dietitians and dietary staff
• Assist in developing and updating policies, menus, and nutrition education materials
• Evaluate patient nutrition needs and provide consultations
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
