Job summary

Compass Group is seeking a Regional Dietitian in Indiana to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition education across 5-6 Critical Access Hospitals. The role requires an active Indiana license and RD credential, with 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.

You will work 4 days on site and 1 day remote, supporting improved patient outcomes and multidisciplinary collaboration, with mileage reimbursement and professional fee coverage as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with an active Indiana License.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
• 2+ years experience preferred; ability to support multiple hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in acute care settings.
• Support facilities across Indiana to promote patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction.
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives and professional development.
• Mentor dietetic staff and interns where applicable.
