Compass Group is seeking a Regional Dietitian in Indiana to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition education across 5-6 Critical Access Hospitals. The role requires an active Indiana license and RD credential, with 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.

You will work 4 days on site and 1 day remote, supporting improved patient outcomes and multidisciplinary collaboration, with mileage reimbursement and professional fee coverage as part of the package.

• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
• 2+ years experience preferred; ability to support multiple hospitals.

Position Details: We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Dietitian to support 5-6 Critical Access Hospitals across Indiana. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary nutrition expert for facilities that offer swing bed services and have growing outpatient counseling needs. This position provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across diverse patient populations while promoting clinical excellence, patient education, and continuity of care.
Salary:$75,000-$80,000

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
