Job summary

NutraCo, a leading provider of Registered Dietitians for Long Term Care facilities across the United States, seeks a Regional Dietitian to oversee clinical nutrition services in the designated region. You will lead dietitians, collaborate with facility teams, and ensure high-quality care for residents.

Responsibilities include nutrition assessments, care plan development, staff mentorship, and travel to multiple facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• State licensure as required varies by state.
• Long Term Care experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Represent NutraCo's focus on compassionate care with dignity.
• Take direction from VP of Clinical Services and Regional Clinical Director.
• Provide leadership and supervision of all dietitians in the region.
• Collaborate with facility teams to ensure clinical accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Provide clinical nutrition services to residents in Long Term Care facilities within the region.
• Conduct nutritional assessments, develop and implement care plans, monitor interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other dietitians for comprehensive care.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on nutrition and dietary management.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress.
• Fill in for vacancies in dietitian staffing for the region.
• Travel to various facilities as needed.

Responsibilities:

As a Registered Dietitian at NutraCo, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents by addressing nutrition-related health problems through clinical nutrition treatment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other dietitians, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on nutritional practices and dietary management.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
• Fill in for vacancies in dietitian staffing for your region.
• Travel to various facilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• State licensure as required varies by state.
• Long Term Care Experience
• Strong communication skills, effective teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
• Willingness to travel
