Job summary

TouchPoint is seeking a Regional Dietitian in Indiana to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy across five to six Critical Access Hospitals. You will work as the primary nutrition expert, supporting swing bed services and outpatient counseling needs, promoting clinical excellence and continuity of care.

In this role you’ll perform comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop care plans, and educate patients while collaborating with hospital teams.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with at least 2 years experience preferred.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice (or willing to obtain).
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training encouraged.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Dietitian to support 5-6 Critical Access Hospitals across Indiana. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary nutrition expert for facilities that offer swing bed services and have growing outpatient counseling needs. This position provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across diverse patient populations while promoting clinical excellence, patient education, and continuity of care.

Salary

$75,000-$80,000

Job Summary

Make a real impact as a Regional Dietitian! You’ll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute care setting, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
• Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
