Clayco seeks a Project Director in the Southern U.S. to lead design-build projects from design to completion. You will serve as the single point of contact for owners, the design team, and project staff on projects valued from $60M to $250M+.

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 15–20 years of experience managing large construction projects (~$100M+).
• Proven knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.

Responsabilités

• Build client and subcontractor relationships.
• Team with Architects, Engineers, and Planners to manage the design schedule.
• Establish project forecasts and budgets.
• Manage costs and uphold project performance.
• Accept full responsibility for project execution.
• Mentor and develop project management staff.
