Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking an IC4 Regional Deployment Project Manager to support Veterans Affairs and VISN deployments across designated U.S. regions. You will act as a trusted advisor to VA leadership and help deliver standardized deployment methods that meet contractual obligations across VAMCs and facilities.

The role requires 8+ years in PM/EHR deployments, federal healthcare experience, and willingness to travel up to 50%. U.S. citizenship for clearance and PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years in PM, EHR deployment or related roles with client-facing experience.
• Experience delivering deployment strategy and execution for enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with federal contracts and healthcare delivery systems.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to VA regional leadership.
• Deliver executive briefings and program updates.
• Support large-scale client deployments and ensure alignment with delivery methodology.
• Ensure scope delivery per federal contracts and contracts.
• Build relationships with VISN and VA stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Lead strategic initiatives aligned with program goals and mission delivery.
• Assist region-specific operational, clinical, and technical challenges.
