Oracle seeks a VA VISN Regional Executive to lead government engagement and manage deployment efforts across VISNs, acting as a trusted advisor to VA leadership and aligning deployments with contractual obligations.

The role requires deep federal healthcare experience, strong VA ecosystem relations, and a track record of delivering enterprise solutions that meet mission-critical needs. Travel up to 50% is anticipated.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in project management, EHR implementation, or related roles with client-facing experience.
• Deployment strategy and execution for enterprise customers.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary executive liaison for assigned VISNs with VA regional leadership.
• Deliver executive-level briefings and program updates.
• Oversee large-scale client deployments and ensure alignment with contracts.
• Build and sustain relationships with VISN and VA stakeholders.
• Influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes with senior leadership.
• Lead strategic initiatives aligned with program goals and mission delivery.
• Address region-specific operational, clinical, and technical challenges.
• Guide teams through organizational and process transformations with clarity.
• Travel as needed to client sites (up to 50%).
