Job summary

Kraton Corporation in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Supply Chain Planner (GP) to manage regionally planned product lines of low to moderate complexity and ensure supply continuity and inventory optimization.

This role supports S&OP processes, stock replenishment, and KPI monitoring while collaborating with experienced planners. Strong Excel, SAP, and MS Office skills are essential, as is a BS/BA and 1–3 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 Years Supply Chain or Business experience preferred.
• Communicates clearly and articulately when speaking in an individual or group environment.
• Organizes thoughts with ability to present information in a clear and precise manner.
• Recognizes problems and seeks input from others to systematically gather information.
• Understands basic S&OP Process.
• Acts as a team member to support all Supply Chain goals with support from more experienced Supply Chain personnel.
• Actively contributes in team meetings and activities.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Operation Planning: Basic understanding of end-to-end S&OP, Demand and Supply processes and principles.
• Conduct scenario planning with more experienced Supply Chain Planners.
• Identify Supply and Demand imbalances
• Prepare and present charts and graphs for demand / supply meetings.
• Coordinate and execute stock replenishment transactions with Supply Chain Team support.
• Create and manage critical Supply Plans with assistance from experienced Supply Chain Planners as necessary
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Word.
• Very proficient in MS Excel - can build and modify pivot table, use DB formulas.
• Basic understanding of SAP R/3 and S&OP tools
• And other duties as assigned to safely perform
