Job summary

MSI-Viking is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to support our Service team by transporting customer equipment and calibration items across South Carolina and neighboring states.

This role suits an organized, reliable driver comfortable with regional routes and independent work, delivering professional service to customers throughout the region.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be able to lift up to 70 pounds and spend extended periods on the road.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer equipment and other items while following assigned routes and schedules.
• Load, organize, and secure products and equipment in the company vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
• Collect required signatures and delivery documentation.
• Communicate with the warehouse and internal teams regarding delivery progress and scheduling needs.
• Maintain and organize delivery paperwork and return documentation to the appropriate personnel at the end of each shift.
• Maintain the company vehicle, including fueling and reporting service needs.
• Immediately report accidents, vehicle damage, or mechanical issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow all traffic laws and company driving requirements.
• Follow company and state safety requirements when loading and unloading equipment.
• Assist with light warehouse and service support duties as needed.
• Provide courteous and professional service while at customer locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
