NFI is seeking a Regional Customer Service Manager / Administrative Supervisor in Woodridge, IL. The role oversees regional administrative functions, MIS for office systems, and staff training, reporting to the Regional Vice President Distribution.

Responsibilities include cross-training, inventory reconciliations, and generating weekly reports such as P&L reviews. Requires 10+ years of supervisory experience and MS Office proficiency; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of Manager/Supervision experience.
  • Management of a Customer Service Department.
  • Experience in Distribution/fulfillment center, preferred.
  • Computer applications using MS Office based software.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain important legal and customer documents at regional level.
  • Develop and coordinate special events within the region.
  • Review regional aged accounts receivable.
  • Initiate sales calls on administrative concerns with accounts.
  • Coordinate with Safety on theft and injuries reporting.
  • Produce reports including weekly Flash and P&L review.
  • Assist in audits to ensure facility compliance.
  • Assist on projects as directed by Regional VP.

Overview
The Regional Customer Service Manager / Administrative Supervisor

coordinates the regional administrative function including the enforcement of policies, training and cross-training regional administrative/office personnel and the administering of monthly reports. This position reports to the Regional Vice President Distribution.

Responsibilities
  • Implements and supports management information system (MIS) for warehouse and office operating systems. (ADMIN)
  • Distribute procedures and ensures proper training for appropriate personnel after initial customer account procedures have been identified.
  • Ensure cross-training of administrative personnel on monthly reports.
  • Ensures that accurate physical inventories and reconciliations are completed on a timely manner.
  • Maintains important legal and customer documents including building lease and customer files at the regional level.
  • Develops and coordinates special events within the region.
  • Reviews regional aged accounts receivables.
  • Initiates sales calls at discretion of Regional Vice President on administrative concerns with accounts.
  • Coordinates with Safety Department on the reporting of theft and injuries.
  • Produces reports including weekly Flash, P&L review.
  • Assists in corporate and facility manual audits to ensure facility compliance.
  • Assists on projects as directed by Regional Vice President.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred

  • Must be flexible in adapting to changing environments
  • Must work within confidentiality nature of role
  • KRONOS, payroll system experience
  • Human resources experience preferred.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred, not required.

  • Walking in the facility and around area with some frequency; facilities are over a quarter mile in length.
  • Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed by the customer.

We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $95,000.00. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
