Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required.
• 7+ years of marketing, graphic and digital design experience.
• Experience with B2B marketing; social media a plus.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Previous commercial real estate experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Advanced knowledge of print production and setting up print-ready files.
• Strong design aesthetics with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent customer service, organization and prioritization.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Lead brand champion by maintaining a high standard of design and production.
• Provide creative direction on design, layout and end-to-end production of marketing deliverables.
• Lead and supervise local graphic design team on daily tasks.
• Collaborate with broader marketing team on Business Development initiatives.
• Develop and implement training to upskill local marketers on brand guidelines and best practices.
• Oversee development of print and digital materials (brochures, maps, ads, postcards, presentations).
• Meet with broker teams to define project requirements and deliver materials.
• Source external vendors and manage projects to budget and schedule.
• Contribute to local office print/digital marketing and event collateral.
• Drive innovation for property websites and presentations using preferred tools (Ceros, Brandcast).
