Job summary

The Regional Creative Director at Life.Church oversees YouVersion's creative expression across global markets, partnering with the YTL Creative to translate brand standards into locally relevant work.

This role focuses on talent development across hub offices, setting goals, guiding creative direction, and maintaining brand fidelity while collaborating with the Global Impact Team to grow YouVersion’s reach for Christ.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience building and running talent development or training programs.
• Experience working with international teams, markets, or cross-cultural creative execution preferred.
• Background in brand systems or creative standards work preferred.
• Ability to speak multiple languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and uphold YouVersion Creative's global brand standards with hub markets.
• Oversee creative quality, talent development, and hub network risk.
• Build trust-based relationships with hub teams and the Global Impact Team.
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and training for hub creatives.
• Develop and manage creative approval processes across hubs.
