Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks a Regional CPI - CPR Trainer to coordinate on-site CPI and CPR training for new hires and provide ongoing training to maintain regulatory compliance. You will work with the LMS Administrator to track training in Relias, assess effectiveness, and report on compliance to leadership to support Telecare's mission and values.

The role requires CPI and CPR/First Aid certifications, 18+ years of age, and the ability to travel as needed; compensation includes a starting wage

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED, two years' healthcare experience including CPI/CPR training, or an associate/bachelor's degree.
CPI certification on hire or within 60 days and maintained throughout employment.
CPR and First Aid certification on hire or within 60 days and maintained throughout employment.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Post-offer physical, 2-step TB test, background clearances, sanctions, and verification required; driving may be needed.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and provide on-site CPI and CPR training for new hires and ongoing annual training to maintain regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with the LMS Administrator to track training in Relias and evaluate training effectiveness.
Report on compliance and support operations leaders to advance Telecare's mission and values.
