Job summary

Medtronic, a global leader in healthcare technology, seeks a committed professional to lead regional CRM education and training across multiple accounts. The role is remote, with travel to accounts in the district; residency within the territory and a valid driver’s license are required.

You will educate internal teams and external customers on CRM procedures and product launches, influencing regional performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree PLUS at least 2 years in electrophysiology or sales/service/engineering in CRM or medical devices.
• Advanced degree in engineering or nursing is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional education and training for CRM procedures and products with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership and cross functional teams to identify opportunities and barriers to regional performance.
• Provide feedback to product development, quality, and marketing on clinical evidence and product performance.
• Act as CRM technical resource, delivering education on devices and therapies to staff and customers.
• Support implant coverage decisions and account-level training to meet regional goals.
