Job summary

Exyte US, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Cost Control to lead the regional cost control function across the project portfolio. You will establish standards, govern budgets, forecast cash flow, and ensure earned value analysis is applied consistently.

You will coach Senior Cost Controllers and project teams, align resources, and drive reporting discipline to support timely business decisions. This role requires deep cost control expertise in complex engineering and construction environments.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a related field as listed.
• 10+ years in commercial project management or cost control.
• Proven leadership of multi-project teams across regions.
• Strong forecasting, earned value, cash flow and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional cost control across the project portfolio and coach the cost control team.
• Establish standards, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow visibility with earned value tracking.
• Support tendering and project setup using historical data and commercial analysis.
• Provide timely, accurate cost performance reporting and risk/opportunity analyses.
• Drive process improvements and stakeholder engagement across regions.
