Job summary

LGSTX Services is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech (Multi-Location) to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of material handling equipment across multiple sites. The role requires traveling between Houston facilities to support maintenance, projects, and emergencies, while maintaining CMMS records and ensuring safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in mechanical, electrical, or conveyor maintenance.
• Ability to work independently across multiple facilities.
• Valid driver’s license and inter-facility travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on conveyor systems and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install mechanical and electrical components including motors, gearboxes, belts, rollers, sensors, VFDs, and control devices.
• Travel between facilities to support maintenance, projects, and emergency response needs.
• Maintain CMMS documentation and work orders.
• Adhere to safety procedures and coordinate with operations teams.
